About the tool

A practical starting point for WMS selection.

Use this free tool before an internal planning meeting or a conversation with a WMS supplier. It is designed for warehouse and logistics managers, IT teams and 3PL operators preparing to evaluate a warehouse management system.

What you will receive

Your project preparation brief summarises your warehouse profile, stated requirements, operational complexity factors and implementation preparation. It identifies open questions and practical tasks, with the answers behind each recommendation. Download the full PDF or structured JSON without providing an email.

What to have in mind

Approximate site and user counts, current systems, principal workflows and your main operational problems are enough to start. Choose Not known wherever information is missing. Industry and operating-model choices select relevant follow-up questions; they do not certify compliance or match you to a Quark template.

What it is not

The result is preliminary discovery, not a product recommendation, go-live assessment or implementation estimate. If you need to organise financial assumptions separately, read our WMS cost planning guide. Learn about Quark WMS and its long-term vision.

How the assessment works

This is a deterministic planning questionnaire. A larger or more complex warehouse is not less prepared by definition. High volume and having no existing WMS do not reduce readiness. Industry and operating models select questions only; explicit answers establish stated requirements. Separate dimensions disclose factors, supporting answers and unknowns. No applicable regulation or template is inferred. It makes no cost, ROI, implementation-time or Quark compatibility promises.
